In designing the office space for NTT Resonant, I adopted "optical cable" as a concept.

The lighting tubes across the ceiling are derived from optical-fiber technology, which should emphasize the appropriate images of the IT and internet business. This office for a state-of-the-art business was created within as old building dating from 1958, so instead of making everything new I tried to keep some of the old elements to contrast the new with the old.

I believe that this office will be the "light" of new values for the coming era.
